The Nevada, MO/ Vernon County area has, for the most part, avoided the "roller coaster" fluctuations seen in other parts of the country.
Nevada, Missouri is located in western Missouri approximately 1 1/2 hours south of Kansas City and 2 hours north of Fayettville/ Bentonville, Arkansas on Highway 71. Nevada also has close access to Lake of the Ozarks, and Wichita from Highway 54.
Nevada's greatest assets in my opinion: no traffic jambs, easy access to golf, recreation, and state parks, great schools, and low crime rate.
